The last Maternity Leave Club

Last Monday marked my last MLC meeting. OK, there really was not a name for our casual get-togethers, but I liked to joke around and call it the "Maternity Leave Club." Here are some photos of our babies--Matthew was born 2-15-10, Anna was born 3-9-10, and of course Patrick was born 3-11-10.

Patrick at 7 weeks old

Patrick was 7 weeks old as of last Thursday! He is currently 10 lbs, 9 oz. He gained over 8 oz. in one week, so I think he's going through a growth spurt--finally! :-)

Fun at North Beach

There's a great playground at North Beach, which is just under a mile from our house. Will is now daring enough to climb on the structures and even to go down the slide by himself! Go, Will! These pictures were taken Thursday, April 29th...just after we had snow on Tuesday and Wednesday. We were so ready for the nice weather to return!

Grandma visits!

My mom was here for a wonderful week-long visit! We had lots of fun but did not necessarily remember to document all of the good times. I did take some pictures, and I have included some of the keepers in the next few posts. Enjoy! We miss you, Mom/Grandma!!!

Walking to the beach on JUSTIN's BIRTHDAY!!!!

...it's what we do! Grandma got to join us on some neighborhood/beach walks. That how we roll in Lakewood Estates! :-) These pics were taken on April 28th--Justin's 34th b-day. It was snowing that morning but had "warmed up" to the high 40s by the late afternoon. I was going stir-crazy and suggested we all take a walk. I think it did all of us some good! Looking at Justin, you'd think it was a warm day! Happy Birthday, Daddy!

Oakledge Park 4-26-10

It was a mild, sunny day last Monday, so we headed to another beach-side park. We had a picnic, played on the playground, and walked to the handicapped-accessible treehouse. It was so nice to hang out with my mom in the great outdoors of Burlington.
