Will at nearly six-months old!

Will recently went through a quiet phase--but that's over! Lately, when I wake up in the morning, I often hear Will babbling and making shrieking noises in his crib. He's not upset--he just seems to be exploring his voice. It's quite endearing...much better than crying! He's also been experimenting with getting our attention through various sounds--including a fake laugh, which is hilarious. He'll make a forced giggle sound and then look at us with his eyebrows raised, waiting for our reactions. Too funny. And he'll do the same thing with his screaming noises. One of his noisy times is in the video below.

Oh, and sorry about the sickeningly sweet "mommy" voice. Yikes. And the video is a bit dark. This one was taken on our digital camera--not the actual video camera--as this was a spontaneous moment.

And--just for the record--Will can roll over now (both ways) but this video didn't capture that. He really doesn't like being on his stomach (still!).

He is SO talented!!! And SO cute! I can hardly believe that he's "chatting" so much already. He'll be talking in sentences in no time.
