So, in case you haven't already heard, Will went to the ER last night. He was home with me yesterday due to having a severe croupy cough. Patrick was (of course) at home with me too. We actually had a pretty good day--very low key, but fine. Then last night Will was having trouble breathing due to the croup, and Justin called the pediatrician at 2 a.m. They made the decision to have Will visit the ER. He received steroids and a nebulizer treatment to decrease the inflammation in his throat. Thank goodness, this worked! The croup is much better today, although Will was VERY cranky. Here are a couple of random pics from yesterday...
Patrick has started to like sleeping in the bassinet...during the day. He is looking less and less like Will every day, although I think they definitely look like brothers.
Will's look just screams, "I don't feel very well, Mommy!" This is his obligatory smile. He liked lounging on the floor with me. We had lots of blankets and pillows and some water and graham crackers too.
Peso is very curious about Patrick...and he really loves sleeping in the bassinet--which is totally off limits. Peso is Peso, though, and he doesn't give up easily! I snapped these photos quickly when Peso was up to no good.
I don't think Peso cuddling with Patrick is a very good idea!

Peso and Nick have a lot in common. I can just follow the thought process: "Oooo, look at that warm looking little guy laying in that sunny bed. Maybe if I just sneak my way in, no one will notice. It just looks too comfortable!"
Glad to hear Will is on the mend. Enjoy those boys! They are priceless.
Lots of babies have slept in that bassinette....but never a kitty...until now!
The pictures of Peso sneaking back into "his bed" though are priceless!
Hey, at least Peso shares ;) Good Kitty.
Come to think of it.....Will let Patrick share his bed as well!
